Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the
prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the

listener limits, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional capacity. For usage time
limits, sessions will pause when the limit is reached. Monthly plan customers receive priority

Rental customers can request data residency options with processing in specific geographic
